Hyaluron, Q10 & Co. - Effect & Application
You probably know hyaluronic acid as an ingredient in creams or as an injection from your doctor. Hyaluron is an active ingredient, but it can also be absorbed through the diet. 200 milligrams is the hyaluron dose per day with a molecule size of 500-700 kDa. Of coenzyme Q10 there are 100 milligrams per daily dose.
The two substances are perfectly complemented with biotin, vitamin C and zinc.
Biotin (vitamin B7) supports the human organism with 200 µg per capsule as follows:
