Turmeric (or curcuma) is the classic spice of Indian cuisine - it is the main ingredient of curry and co. But the locals take the powder not only for its taste.

Piperine is also a component of Asian cuisine. This is obtained from natural black pepper. The dosage is 71.25 milligrams of pure piperine, made from the extract of black pepper.
